Jennifer Gray: Office Manager
Jenny, originally from Sumerduck, Virginia, came to the Winchester area in 2001 and in 2007 she began working with the Bariatric Program. Her role in the program includes overseeing the day to day operations of the office practice. She is delighted to be a part of a team that can change a person's life. "I thoroughly enjoy my role in the program and helping the patients reach their goal of starting a new life."
Sarah Odom: Office Coordinator
Sarah is the Office Coordinator. She moved to Winchester from the west coast and has been in the medical field for eight years. Sarah enjoys seeing our patients transform!
Connie Pugh, LPN: Office Nurse
Connie graduated from Alexandria School of Nursing in June 1984. Connie has several fields of nursing experience, including over a decade in the surgical field of General and Bariatric surgery. She is excited to work with the Bariatric Program – having had the surgery herself in 2002 she has firsthand knowledge of how bariatric surgery can transform a person's life. With her new life, some of her hobbies are camping, crafting, and going to theme parks.
Cheryl Wright, LPN: Office Nurse
Cheryl graduated from James Rumsey Technical Institute in 2000 as a LPN. She has worked with the physically and mentally handicapped in the past as an aid and then as a nurse. She joined the Bariatric Program after working six years in a neurology/neurosurgery office.
Tammy Haines: Patient Navigator
Tammy attended Lord Fairfax Community College for Medical Insurance Billing/Coding. Tammy has worked in the General Surgery field and has been with Valley Health since 2008. She enjoys working with the patients through their journey.
Doris Santmier: Patient Service Representative
Doris is our receptionist and assists in scheduling. "I really enjoy the family atmosphere in this program."
Lauren Golightly, Patient Navigator
Lauren is a patient service representative at the Bariatric Program. She is new to the medical field and enjoys being part of the patient's life changing journey. Lauren plans to further her career in the medical field to allow for a more in-depth understanding and to provide outstanding care to the community.
Deidre Abrell, Patient Service Representative
Deidre is a Patient Service Representative at the bariatric office. She has been in customer service for six years and really enjoys interacting with patients. Deidre is excited to be a part of the team and has a great sense of pride for the program. She is looking forward to assisting the patients through their life altering journey.
