About Us

The Winchester Medical Center Bariatric Program underwent a comprehensive site inspection and was designated as a “Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence” (BSCOE) by the Surgical Review Corporation. This designation demonstrates a continuing commitment to our patients by providing safe, effective, state-of-the-art bariatric surgical care. About the Program

All participants in the Winchester Medical Center Bariatric Program are provided access to a multispecialty team of health care professionals. The program includes:

  • A full time dietitian who evaluates and treats all patients
  • A behavioral health specialist
  • An exercise/wellness specialist
  • Specially trained nurses and staff who work with the physicians to help patients achieve and sustain their desired weight loss.
