OVERVIEW
This one-day conference is an excellent opportunity for physicians, nurses, dietitians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health professionals to receive concentrated, comprehensive information on the importance of using evidence based outcomes in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and obesity. The format is primarily lecture followed by peer and panel discussions and wrap up.

Medical Weight Management Support Group

These monthly support groups are for patients in our 18-week Medical Weight Management Program or 6 month Maintenance program. We’ll help you learn the tools and motivation needed for long-term weight loss success.
